“I've recently had a picture framed at this store. The service was high quality and professional, the framing work itself impeccable. For me, the additional value this place provides, is that the owners genuinely care about meeting their customers' needs and providing the best possible service – that's what I felt, from the moment I walked in: I felt listened to and heard, and I also felt educated, as they took time to review different options with me, while sharing their expertise and insight. The owner is an artist, a painter, and I am thinking that that might have something to do with the 'heart and soul' being made part of this business. I am glad that I've found this place and would highly recommend it.”
